*Air conditioning not working and the temp outside is above 80 degrees
*Heating System not working and the temp outside is below 60 degrees
*Any major leak or flooding
*You are not able to lock you door.

Are Not Permitted on Hamilton Chase property. Please make sure that you choose a vehicle that can be easily moved if necessary. The POD containers are considered a storage unit and not a vehicle for moving. We appreciate your help with this matter.
