Maintenance News

The following are considered emergencies and can be called in to the 24 hour emergency service line:

*Air conditioning not working and the temp outside is above 80 degrees

*Heating System not working and the temp outside is below 60 degrees

*Any major leak or flooding

*You are not able to lock your door.

*Fridge not cooling.

*Gas smell.
